Two of our kids share a birthday week.
Naomi turned 17 on June 15th and Ezran turned 5 on June 18th.
At 5, Ezran thought a party sounded like a great idea, but was just fine having a family celebration with gifts, cake and ice cream.

Naomi, on the other hand, wanted a party. She invited 20 friends and 17 were able to attend. There was lots of music and laughter. Food, drink and cake was consumed.

Lots of pictures were taken and games were played. Naomi had a great time celebrating with her friends which was the best part about the day.
While Ezran is at an age where he continually experiences firsts, for Naomi, this year will mark a lot of lasts.
It will be her last year being part of her dance studio because students can only attend until age 18.
It will be her last year with her theater groups. Again, they can only participate until age 18.
It will be her last year of high school. She does not know what she wants to do when she grows up but has no plans to attend college at this point. I anticipate she will be doing something with animals, specifically dogs. Possibly grooming or maybe becoming a vet tech.
With that June birthdays 2026 is a wrap!
