When losing weight, it’s not at all uncommon to have weeks of no weight loss or even weight gain. I’ve certainly had weeks of very little weight loss and have been fully expecting to step on the scale and discover that I’ve actually gained a little. Fortunately, I’ve managed to lose every week for the last 10 weeks and I’m happy to report that this week was no different. I lost 1 lb. this week and am now down a total of 19.4 lbs.
I’m certainly happy with my weight loss. I am really feeling the positive changes that my body is going thru. I’m definitely feeling better physically and realized a few days ago that I am able to walk with more ease and with a new-found quickness in my step. My clothes are not just fitting better, but I’m only a few pounds away from some not fitting at all. Fortunately this time, it’s because they are too big instead of too small 🙂 My foot, that I’ve been having pain in for the last few months, is much less painful and some days not painful at all. Make me wonder what other little pains in my body may go away as I continue to remove excess weight from my body?
My goal, since starting this challenge, was to lose 25 lbs in 90 days. I have only 20 days left to lose 5.6 lbs. And then let’s throw Thanksgiving in there to make it even more challenging. I am going to have to dig deep to make this happen. Wish me luck, because this is going to be the most difficult part of the challenge so far.
