I’m really glad that I made the decision to stop waiting for the right moment and just started doing this challenge. As a result, I’m down another 1.4 lbs lost this week. That’s a total of 18.4 lbs lost so far. I have another 6.6 lbs to go to reach my 25 lbs weight loss goal. It’s an uphill climb at this point, but I’m going for it!!!
My goal this week is a 2 lb. loss.
