Port stop #3.

I walked out onto the balcony to see our view from the ship and this is what I saw.

I have no idea how our yacht got there, but there it was. LOL!!!

Our plans for Puerto Vallarta were the same as Mazatlan which meant a visit to the Malecon for some shopping and sight seeing.

Once off the ship, we grabbed a taxi, but unlike other ports, the taxis here wanted to make sure they were full before leaving. Since we are a party of six, this meant putting us in a van and waiting until they found more passengers going to the Malecon to fill the remaining seats. It wasn’t necessarily a long wait, but when we got in the van, there were others who were also waiting.

After several minutes, we finally got the remaining passengers and were on our way.

Puerto Vallarta did not disappoint and the amazing thing was how much all six of us enjoyed it. I’m not sure we’ve ever gone somewhere and had all of us talk about how much we liked a place.

I was again excited to see all the statues along the Malecon.

We were also entertained by some high flyers.

And enjoyed some lunch on the beach.

We would most definitely go back to visit Puerto Vallarta and hope to go back sooner rather than later.
