Yes, great minds do think alike.
While I don’t anticipate being able to grow everything I want/need (not everything will grow in my neck of the woods), my goal is to greatly reduce supermarket dependence.
Ours too. I really think simple times when we bartered and traded and helped our neighbors and most people grew a garden was the best way to live 🙂
