Back to Work . . . Sort Of!

DW Clarity Group is slowly building steam.

Hubby has already taught a few classes and has a couple more on the calendar. He’s even heading to a conference in November, which we’re hoping will lead to new connections and  more classes.

As for me, my role at DW Clarity Group is mostly administrative. I can keep everything organized without breaking a sweat, so technically don’t need to go back to work. But there’s been one job I’ve had my eye on for years. Hubby suggested it ages ago, but I never felt the timing was right.

Shortly before our last cruise, the idea popped back into my head. During the cruise, it began to settle in a little more. As I was unpacking everything I thought – Why am I not taking care of all our travel planning myself? After all, I love that part almost as much as I love our trips. So, why am I not doing this for my family, friends and others?

That’s the moment I realized, I should be doing this and I told hubby. His response?

“Do it!”

So . . .  I did!

I’m thrilled to announce that I am now officially a Travel Advisor and I’ve launched my own agency:

I’m putting my 20+ years of planning travel to work for not just my family, but anyone who wants and needs assistance in planning their travel.

I’m still working on the website and I’ll be creating travel blog content over there once everything is up and running. But the important part is, I am officially open for business!

You can find me on Facebook, and reach me at my shiny new business email, debbie@weeks-away-travel.com.

If any of my followers need help planning a vacation – a cruise, a family getaway, a resort escape, trip to Europe or more – I’m ready to help. Because your next adventure is Weeks Away.

In the meantime, I’ll continue to share stories here at World of Weeks about my gardening wins and losses, family news and my ancestry research.
