Day 14 of my weight loss challenge toward a new me and I’m down another 2 lbs. Losing 2 lbs per week is a healthy weight loss and I’m now down a total of 8 lbs since starting the challenge two weeks ago. It’s a great start.
Of course I’ve had some challenges over the last week and haven’t always made the best choices, but I’ve also found it easy to get back on track. This week could prove to be even more of a challenge for me, but hopefully I can make good food choices and my next weigh-in will provide good results.
