Surrounding yourself with people who will help you along the way is vital to success.

A few months ago, I stumbled across a blog written by a woman who has a small hobby farm and she’s here in Central Illinois. I’ve very much enjoyed following her blog and through a series of conversations we’ve had via her blog, she has invited my family to use her land to grow some of our own food. This is the cherry on top!!!

We need people in our lives that have similar passions, dreams and goal. People who are willing to share their experience and expertise. People to help guide us on the journey to our own hobby farm.

While there are still obstacles that stand between us and our dream, having generous and supportive people in our lives who lift us up along the way, makes those obstacles appear a little smaller than they were before.
