Wow!!! Was it ever nice to get away with the grown-up girls for a weekend. I have not had a weekend away like that in years.

Shopping, good food, good conversation, laughter and an awesome P!nk concert!!!

My hubby survived his weekend with the girls. He said it really wasn’t bad at all, except he felt like all he did was prepare meals and then clean-up from meals 🙂 I know the feeling.

Lili had a little trouble the first night, waking up crying because she missed mommy. The second night she woke up again. No tears, but having difficulty sleeping with mommy away. She has slept fine since I’ve been back home, so I think I need to get away more often to help her learn to sleep thru the night when I’m away 😉

I wish I had some fantastic pictures to share. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. While I did get out my camera from time to time, it was to take fun pictures of the other ladies in our group.  I also tried getting some video of the concert on my phone. However, our seats were not very close to the stage and the crowd was quite loud. Needless-to-say, the audio and video aren’t great. Guess I’ll have to go to another P!nk concert to get pictures!!!

Now I’m home and life is back to its normal routine. With the weather slowly getting warmer, we’re anxious to get outside and complete some much-needed yard work with plans in progress for some landscape changes. We’re also very excited about getting our garden going this year. Come on Spring!!!  We have things to do!!!!!
